Today is Twelfth Night so that's the festive season all over and done with for another year. The tree and decorations came down yesterday. It took me all morning to take them down, manage to fit them all back in the boxes and lug them back up in the attic. As usual, we have loads of food left over, mainly biscuits and chocolates. I think I've just had the most fun day at work EVER - at least at an office job anyway. Due to a combination of several things: people being promoted, the completion of a system update, the end of the financial year and several people leaving, it had been decided to have a buffet lunch for all staff. Last night I went off to Manchester to the Pride Games awards dinner which was being held at the Ramada Jarvis Piccadilly hotel.
